A gift that no one else
in the world has

Your pet, forever in paint

Your dog's goofy ears. The way your cat curls up in the sun. I paint animals with soul — send me a photo and I'll capture exactly what makes your pet them.

A portrait of what someone loves

The flowers she always buys. The view from their favourite chair. Tell me what defines a person and I'll paint it into something they'll treasure for a lifetime.

Mark a moment in time

A wedding bouquet. A first home. A child's birthday. Let me paint a moment before it fades — something that hangs on the wall and brings it back every single day.

The most personal gift you can give

Anyone can buy a candle or a gift card. A painting from me says: I thought about you, what you love, what matters to you — and I made something only you could own.

Summer bouquet — watercolour on paper

Art that matters
to you

I'm a Syrian-born artist living in Stockholm, with a Master's degree in Architecture and a lifelong passion for painting. My background in architecture gives my work an innate sense of composition and intention.

I work across watercolour, ink, and acrylic — every piece painted entirely by hand. My greatest joy is creating art that holds outsized meaning for the person who owns it: a beloved pet, a bouquet from a special day, a memory worth keeping.

Every commission begins with a conversation. I want to understand what matters to you before I ever pick up a brush.

Based in Stockholm — shipping to Sweden as standard, elsewhere in Europe by arrangement.

I don't sign my name — just a circle. Simple, unmistakable, mine.

Japanese hanging scroll — kakejiku format

When the format is part of the art

Some commissions push beyond paper and canvas. Hand-painted Japanese hanging scrolls (kakejiku) — each one mounted with silk brocade and a wooden roller, ready to hang straight from delivery.

The scroll itself is part of the piece. No frame, no glass — just the painting in its traditional form, the way kakejiku have been displayed for centuries.

If you'd like something out of the ordinary, tell me what you have in mind.

Common questions

How long does a commission take?
Once we've agreed on the details, most pieces take 1–3 weeks before they're ready to ship. Larger or more detailed works can take longer — I'll always give you a clear timeline before you commit.
Can I see the painting before it's finished?
Yes. I share progress photos at key stages so you can give feedback while there's still time to adjust. Most commissions go through one or two rounds of small tweaks before the final piece.
What if I'm not happy with the final piece?
Because we agree on the concept, size and reference together — and because you see progress along the way — it almost never gets to that point. If something genuinely doesn't feel right at the end, we talk. I'd much rather adjust than have you live with something you don't love. One gentle note: painting is interpretation rather than exact reproduction — a little of my hand always shows in the final piece. That's what makes it a painting and not a print.
Does it arrive framed?
Frames are optional and quoted separately — most pieces ship unframed on archival paper or canvas, ready for your own frame. Tell me in the form if you'd like a framing quote.
Can you paint on something other than paper or canvas?
Yes — I sometimes take on specialty pieces like Japanese hanging scrolls (kakejiku), where the mounting itself is part of the artwork. These are priced individually because the materials and time involved differ from a standard commission. If you have an unusual format in mind, mention it in the form and we'll talk it through.
Do you ship outside Sweden?
Sweden is home, and that's where most commissions stay. For a piece I'd genuinely love to paint, I'm also happy to ship anywhere within Europe — just tell me where you are in the form and we'll talk it through.
How do payments work?
No payment is needed to reach out — the form is just a conversation starter. Once we've talked it through and you're happy with everything, I'll share my Swish details and we settle it in advance. That way there's nothing hanging in the air later — just the painting.
